One of the things we are most excited to offer within our Trestlewood concept is the ability to add an accessory dwelling unit above the garage. This unit can be added to both the 1920 sized homes and the 2288 sized homes. The unit can be used for many purposes and we wanted to provide flexibility for the modern owner.
