We decided to utilize a ductless mini-split system as it has many benefits that align with our goal of creating energy efficient and comfortable homes. This technology offers cooling and heating. Each bedroom and living room will have a unit that can be controlled. Since the technology does not require duct work in the home, the home is more air-tight and thus more efficient.
