This shows up in our overall neighborhood designs all the way down to specific selections within our homes. We believe that people want options and flexible housing. Sometimes, this means having a home that allows for multi-generational living or one that can transition with you through different seasons of life. We made sure to include a floor plan that can accommodate a first floor living lifestyle for the owner or provide space for a more senior family member living with the owner. The first floor living capable floor plan includes a full size bedroom with bathroom and walk-in closet. A first floor living capable floor plan is available in all house sizes while also providing flexibility on floor plan upstairs as well. Coupling this floor plan with an ADU option gives some of the most flexible living space available outside of a true custom build. These options are important to us as we seek to provide more options and more flexible housing.
