This shows up in our overall neighborhood designs all the way down to specific selections within our homes. Right Sized Garage

You will find that our garages are sized in a way that allow that little extra space for what you need in a proper garage. We aimed to size the garage so that you can actually fit two cars side by side. It seems all too often you can truly only fit one car in the garage. Depending on what selections are made, our garages will have extra space for storage as well as the water heater will not be taking up space in the garage. In most of our homes, the water heater will be in the utility closet in the house. With a right sized garage and no water heater, you will find a much more usable garage space.
