Pivotal to our Porch-to-Park concept is our premium porch. These porches have both a functional and conceptual purpose. Like in prior days, the porches allow community members to wave and say hello to neighbors as they enjoy a park amenity or walk by. Building community or a sense of togetherness was a guiding motivation for Trestlewood and this call back goes a long way in creating opportunity for breaking the ice and having relationship with other owners.
