Recirculation Pump

Normally found in custom homes, the recirculation pump included in Trestlewood houses drastically reduces the amount of time to get hot water to any location in the house. This means waiting only a few seconds at the kitchen sink to wash your hands. Or, hopping in the shower right away instead of waiting for the water to get hot a minute later. This reduces wasted clean water down the drain.
