In the 2288 sized homes, we have turned into what could have been just an empty wall space into a multi-use area. The space now has a designated purpose that is anchored by the smart home tablet. The tablet provides the home base for all the home features and can receive your verbal commands. The space also provides an area for laying down keys, wallets, purses, etc. which typically takes up space on the counter or must be taken to another room. The outlet creates a spot for charging all your devices as well. The built-ins above provide further storage or decor opportunities. We find that creating usable spaces in every part of the house increases function and presentation with this feature being no exception.
